When I scanned it, for some reason my scanner didn't... well yeah it's kind of fuzzy compared to how it originally is. Also, I scanned it kind of... not straight. So I had to turn it by degrees so the lines don't go the whole thing here, ignore that.
So this idea popped into my head... I originally wanted to just do a girl in winter gear looking up and holding her hands out as it started to snow. But... I decided to do a girl looking up as it starts snowing but more of a shock, or joy sort of thing. My idea was that she was walking down the street in California and suddenly she sees snow so she looks up.
I messed up the hands, and part of the face too... but her left hand she's kind of just holding it up kind of with her fingertips on her collarbone sort of. The other one, I could not for the love of shiva get right. She was supposed to be holding it palm up like to feel the snow... obviously I failed massively. As well as her legs, I suck at legs beyond reason
But I like how this one turned out. I really wish one day I could just look out my window and see snow, but alas it will never happen in my lifetime most likely. Unless I move out of California, which most likely won't happen unless it's to Japan or England.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
